Main purpose of position

Currently we are looking for a Site Warehouse Coordinator in Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Site Warehouse Coordinator you will provide a coordination service to the Project Management Team and O&M with regards to Logistics through sharing information and ensuring that projects are executed on time and successfully.

Main responsibilities

  • Follow the guidelines and prescribed structures as outlined by the operating system
  • Provide continuous input towards improvement and optimisation of the operating system
  • Successfully implement the operating system throughout the structuring and execution phase of the Project
  • Coordinate and oversee all site logistics activities
  • Coordinate the arrival of truck on Site, and issue delivery note
  • Oversee the unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss
  • Issue hand-over certificate for the materials
  • Maintained accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory
  • Collaborate with the Site team and meet requirements in a timely manner
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Compile lessons learned report and submit to the line manager
  • Managing delivering notes and logistics documentations

Qualifications and competencies

  • High School Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel, MSWord, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting
  • Readiness to work extended hours
  • Mathematical skills, analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, customer, and goal oriented
  • Intermediate English both written and verbal. Fluent Arabic, French
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proactive, process driven
