Our vision is to make electric transport more accessible to a broader market by making the technology more cost-efficient and simplifying deployment. The company focuses on all-electric conversion kits for fleet vehicles such as light trucks, public transport and buses, as well as electric motorcycles and energy systems.
About the role:
We are looking for an Inhouse Systems Administrator who will be responsible for the implementation and central administration of our ERP System. You will also ensure that our systems are up and running, identifying issues and helping all users get the most out of the platform. The Ideal candidate must have at least 5 years implementing and integrating an ERP System in all departments in an organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Modules preferably Manufacturing/ Warehousing and Service Management
Key Duties and responsibilities:
- Help with implementation and integration of the software.
- Conducted end user training on application software.
- Carrying out system audits on the utilization and viability of the organization software
- Responsible for end-to-end planning of the project including resources, sprints, milestones, timeline, and deadlines
- Take full ownership of all project stages from business requirements gathering to product delivery
- Own the technical implementation of the project they are handling and ensure that project is on track, deadlines are met, and progress/bottlenecks is communicated to management
- Prepare, review, and own the technical documentation of his/her projects
- Responsible for data center management and support.
- Provide feedback to enhance business processes and initiate process improvement to achieve operational excellence
- Maintain up to date documentation of software applications.
- Monitors user operations, records frequency and extent of problems experienced and takes corrective action.
- Validate any changes in customizing.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years working experience in ERP implementation.
- Must have a degree/diploma in Computer Engineering/Science/ IT/ Business studies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics business central modules with focus on Manufacturing/ Warehousing and Service Management is required
- Knowledge in powerbi and power automate will be an added advantage
- Any ERP Certification.
