Job Purpose :

    Responsible for quality audit of all Customer wireless installs & Field Support services.

    Role Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    1. Monitor the performance of field technicians by providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and formal performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work and optimal productivity.
    2. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards during all installation and support activities.
    3. Support technicians in troubleshooting complex technical issues by offering expert guidance to enable timely and effective resolution in the field.
    4. Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
    5. Address on-site inquiries and customer complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
    6. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
    7. Maintain zero compliance-critical errors by ensuring all assigned site installations meet 100% compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications, Regulatory and Legal Requirements

    1. Must have at least 1 year of experience in Wireless installation or a related field.
    2. Must have Technical proficiency in wireless systems with knowledge in Ubiquiti and Mikrotik equipment.

    Competencies and Attributes

    1. Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or related
    2. At least 2 years of experience in Wireless installation or related field
    3. In-depth knowledge of wireless installation, maintenance, and repair techniques, as well as industry standards and regulations.
    4. Technical proficiency in wireless systems with knowledge in Ubiquiti and Mikrotik equipment
    5. Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance to 3rd party technicians.
    6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and preparing reports.
    7. Familiarity with different types of cables, connectors, and termination methods.
    8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and meeting deadlines.
    9. Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and confined spaces.
    10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technicians, customers, and stakeholders.
    11. Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
