Client Prospecting & Relationship Management
● Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their technical and business requirements.
● Actively seek out high-profile clients and generate leads through various channels.
● Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, generate revenue, and drive business growth.
● Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, installers, contractors, and other stakeholders within the solar energy industry.
Sales and Business Development
● Provide tailored solutions by recommending the appropriate high-capacity solar inverter systems that best suit their needs and align with their budget.
● Lead negotiations and close deals with high-profile clients.
● Deliver persuasive sales presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of high-capacity solar inverters effectively.
● Cultivate a network of industry contacts to expand business opportunities.
● Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our client base in the solar industry.
Technical Project Management
● Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical guidance and support to high profile clients as regards their solar energy systems.
● Collaborate with the technical team to conduct product training sessions and workshops for clients and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, managing client expectations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Conduct market research analyses on product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, competitors, and customer feedback.
Profile:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Sales, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales, business development, and sales preferably in the solar or energy sector.
● Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts and solutions.
● Proven track record of securing and managing client accounts.
● Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Strong work ethic and business acumen.
● Strong emotional intelligence skills.
