About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to lead our inventory, warehouse, and distribution operations. This role is critical in ensuring that inputs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time to all stakeholders.
You will oversee end-to-end logistics, from warehouse management and inventory accuracy to transport coordination and last-mile delivery, while driving strong performance against key metrics. You will also play an important role in strengthening team capability and improving logistics systems.
Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Oversee inventory storage and handling across all warehouse locations
- Ensure warehouses are well-equipped, organized, and operating efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory data and ensure timely monthly reconciliations
- Drive strong performance on key metrics (e.g. shrinkage, variance, reporting timelines)
- Plan and coordinate distribution from initial modelling to final last-mile delivery
- Develop delivery schedules and ensure execution aligns with timelines
- Track and manage delivery KPIs, especially during peak periods
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and field stakeholders
- Create daily and weekly transport plans based on demand and available capacity
- Manage relationships with third-party transport providers
- Act as the main point of contact for all delivery-related coordination
- Maintain accurate route maps and optimize delivery efficiency using GPS/tools
- Support and guide the logistics team to operate efficiently and compliantly
- Build team capability through coaching, training, and performance management
- Support hiring and succession planning to ensure continuity
- Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and goal setting (OKRs)
- Identify and implement process improvements across logistics operations
- Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- At least 4+ years of supply chain, operations, logistics or procurement experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics or related field.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
