NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Senior Education & TVET Expert

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on education policy, TVET and skills development.
• Support programme design and policy analysis.
• Contribute to stakeholder consultations and education sector coordination.
• Monitor education and TVET interventions.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in education, TVET and skills development.

Advantage

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
