NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Senior Public Finance Expert

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on public financial management and economic governance.
• Conduct fiscal analyses and institutional assessments.
• Support policy dialogue and reform initiatives.
• Review financial governance aspects of EU-supported programmes.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in public financial management and economic governance.

Advantage

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
