NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Junior Monitoring & Evaluation Expert

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring missions and data collection.
• Assist in reviewing indicators and project performance.
• Prepare monitoring reports and contribute to results analysis.

Required Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Advantage

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
