NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”
In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho
Responsibilities
- Ensure integration of gender equality, human rights and social inclusion across project activities.
- Conduct gender and human rights analyses.
- Support stakeholder consultations and policy dialogue.
- Advise on mainstreaming cross-cutting priorities within EU interventions.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in gender equality, social inclusion and human rights.
Advantage
- Experience in development cooperation projects.
- Experience with EU-funded projects.
