NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Senior Economic Development Expert

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho

Responsibilities

• Support analyses related to private sector development, investment promotion and trade.
• Contribute to studies supporting inclusive economic growth and Global Gateway investments.
• Advise on business enabling environments and SME development.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of economic development interventions.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in private sector development, trade and investment.

Advantage

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
