NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Junior Sector Expert (Energy, Water, Economy, etc.)

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support within the relevant sector.
• Assist with research, data collection, sector analyses and project monitoring.
• Contribute to technical reports and stakeholder consultations.

Required Experience

• 3–7 years of relevant sector experience.

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
