NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Senior Water & WASH Expert

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on water resources management, WASH and integrated water governance.
• Support policy development, project design and technical assessments.
• Monitor implementation of EU-funded water and sanitation projects.
• Advise on sustainable water resource management.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in water resources, WASH and water governance.

Advantage

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
