NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Senior Energy Expert

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on renewable energy, energy policy and infrastructure development.
• Assess investment opportunities and support feasibility studies.
• Contribute to project preparation, implementation support and monitoring of EU-funded energy interventions.
• Advise on energy transition and regulatory reforms.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy, energy policy and infrastructure.

Advantage

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
