- Assess the creditworthiness of prospects
- Ensuring all approved prospects comply with credit policy and guidelines
- Evaluating prospect's credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in approving them
- Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength
- Create innovative credit evaluation processes and systems
- Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns
- Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives
- Leadership: effectively lead, manage and develop the credit teams.
