About the Africa Infrastructure Fellowship Program

The AIFP selects 20 African civil servants working in infrastructure and PPP for a 5-week programme in Paris combining masterclasses, workshops, and professional immersion at leading infrastructure organizations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a civil servant employed by a government body

• Must work on PPP or infrastructure development

• Must have a government endorsement letter

• Minimum 3 years of infrastructure experience

• Minimum Professional level of English proficiency

Pipeline Stages

1. Application → Acknowledgement email sent

2. Screening → Eligibility checked via knockout questions

3. Video invited → Video invitation email sent manually

4. Video submitted → Team reviews and scores in Airtable

5. Interview invited → Interview invitation email sent manually

6. Interviewed → STAR scoring in Airtable

7. Accepted → Acceptance email sent manually

8. Rejected → Rejection email sent manually

• Civil servant employed by an African government body or public institution • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure, PPP, or related fields • Professional level of English proficiency (written and spoken) • Government endorsement letter from their administration • Involvement in public-private partnerships or infrastructure development
