Stock Controller - Nkawkaw , Ghana

The products that change lives don't move themselves. Someone has to make sure every unit is accounted for.

M-KOPA has connected 7 million customers across Africa to smartphones, solar energy, and financial services — most of them for the very first time. We've unlocked over $2 billion in credit for people who never had access to formal financial products, and 86% of our customers say their quality of life has genuinely improved. That kind of scale doesn't happen without operational precision at every level — and the stock room is no exception.

We're on a deliberate path to 10 million customers, and Nkwakaw is part of that story. We're looking for a Stock Controller who understands that accurate inventory isn't just a numbers exercise — it's what keeps products flowing to the people who need them most

.

  • Customer interaction and issue resolution — Handle customer-facing interactions at the depot professionally, resolving product issues efficiently and facilitating in-warranty repairs with care and accountability.

  • Depot standards and reporting — Ensure the depot is maintained in excellent condition at all times, and produce accurate daily stock status reports that drive transparency and informed decision-making across the business.

Experience & Education

  • Demonstrable experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations within a retail or product distribution environment

  • Proven track record of maintaining accurate records, conducting reconciliations, and managing stock discrepancies in a fast-moving operational setting

  • A relevant qualification in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field is an advantage

Skills

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and standard reporting tools including Microsoft Excel
