We are looking for a Mobility Telesales Agent (Inbound) to join our Mobility Commercial team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support while driving mobility sales? As an Inbound Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting the outbound team with follow-ups, answering all sales inquiries via calls or fresh desk tickets, handling customer complaints, and providing comprehensive customer support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking mobility solutions.

About Us

In this customer-focused role, you will respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information and resolving queries effectively. You will redirect calls to appropriate outbound agents based on lead assignment, ensuring seamless customer handover while addressing customer questions to support successful sales closure.

Your responsibilities include maintaining high answer rate standards by managing call queues efficiently and minimizing missed calls. You will perform basic troubleshooting for fleet-related or product issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate support queues. A key aspect of your role involves proactively pitching current mobility products to both new and existing customers while educating them on accessing DFS products via the M-KOPA App.

This is an on-site role, you would be working from our offices in Nairobi, Kenya, partnering with a diverse group of employees. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team Leader - Mobility.

Expertise

We are seeking candidates with BPO/call centre industry experience and strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships. You should display empathy while being result-oriented and self-driven. Essential qualities include being a team player with ability to multi-task effectively. Technical requirements include ability to work through CRM systems and knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
