We are looking for a Customer Retention Shop Executive to join our Customer Retention team in Lira as we grow and help more people access financial services across our markets.

As a Customer Retention Shop Executive, you will be the friendly face our customers trust, helping them get the most out of their M-KOPA experience. Working directly with customers every day, you'll turn every conversation into a chance to help and make sure every customer who visits our shop feels welcomed and supported.

You will create great experiences that make customers want to stay with us, helping customers upgrade their products, handling their questions, and ensuring they get exactly what they need.

You will be working 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, in our Lira shop, reporting to the Telesales Team Leader.

We need someone who enjoys talking to people and understands that happy customers are the key to our success. Your experience should show that you're good at building relationships with customers and helping them find what they need.

We want someone with at least one year of experience in sales or customer service, along with a college diploma or degree. You should be comfortable with computers and Excel and have good communication skills.

Most importantly, we need someone who cares about helping people and wants to be part of something bigger – someone who wants to help families across Africa get better access to financial services.
