We are looking for a Growth and Partnerships Manager to join our Strategy and Operations Team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

As a Growth and Partnerships Manager, you will architect and lead transformative collaborations that shape M-KOPA's strategic trajectory. Working at the intersection of innovation and impact, you'll orchestrate complex partnership projects, drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations teams, and ensure every alliance delivers measurable commercial results that advance our mission of digital and financial inclusion.

At M-KOPA, partnerships are the cornerstone of our growth strategy. In this role, you will go beyond traditional partnership management to become a strategic architect of high-impact collaborations. You will design and execute initiatives that align with our vision, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Sales Operations to ensure partnership activities drive customer acquisition and commercial performance.

We believe in data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. You will implement robust processes, conduct thorough post-project evaluations, and prepare insightful reports that shape our partnership strategy. Your strategic problem-solving abilities will be crucial in identifying risks and crafting proactive mitigation strategies. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where your work directly influences business growth and social impact, and if leading transformative projects that blend technology with purpose appeals to you, this might be the perfect role for you.

You will be reporting to the Head of Operations.

Expertise

Success in this role comes from a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. We need someone who has walked the path of complex project management and understands that true partnership success lies in the details. Your experience should tell a story of leading high-profile collaborations that didn't just tick boxes but drove real commercial growth.

We are seeking someone whose career demonstrates a deep understanding of how partnerships can influence sales processes and commercial strategy. Perhaps you have orchestrated alliances that transformed customer acquisition strategies, or maybe you've been the person who spotted risks others missed and crafted solutions that kept critical projects on track. Your ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights should be second nature, as should your talent for inspiring diverse teams to work towards a common goal.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a PMP Certification being a valuable addition. Your proficiency in project management tools should be evident, and any experience in the PAYGO industry or financial inclusion sector would give you valuable context for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Most importantly, we need someone who embodies our values of progress, innovation, and collaboration – someone who doesn't just want a job but wants to be part of a movement that's reshaping financial inclusion across an entire continent.

If this sounds like the challenge you've been waiting for, where your expertise in strategic partnership management can truly make a difference, we want to hear your story.
