We are looking for a Senior Lead Partnership to join our Strategy & Operations group as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
Job Purpose
The Senior Lead Partnership will be responsible for growing M-KOPA Ghana’s market reach by expanding its channel partnerships and sales efforts. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners, developing and executing channel marketing strategies, and ensuring partners are equipped to drive sales and revenue. The Senior Lead Partnership will also combine technical skills, creativity, and business acumen to improve the understanding of our customers, the market, deliver on operational processes and increase transparency and accountability as it pertains to our sales channels.
You would be working from our offices in Ghana, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe, and Africa. You will be reporting to the Head of Strategy and Operations.
Job Functions
Contribute to the overall revenue growth of the Ghana Operation by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners to drive growth in sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, understanding their needs, expectations and developing strategies to drive value from these relationships for both organizations.
Analyze market data, sales performance, and other relevant metrics to track progress and inform decision-making regarding the various sales channels.
Provide partners with the resources, training, and support they need to effectively sell M-KOPA’s products.
Work with the marketing team to develop and refine market entry strategies, sales plans, and go-to-market approaches for the various sales channels.
Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives to promote the M-KOPA’s offerings.
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to differentiate the company's offerings.

Lead cross-functional projects to deliver on channel expansion initiatives.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Line manager based on the needs of the business.
Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3+ years’ experience in sales, strategy, operations, consulting, business administration, or related operational roles.
In-depth knowledge on partnership management
Great analytical and statistical skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across geographies, cultures, functions, and seniorities.
Experience and a high capacity in managing multiple projects, operations, and people simultaneously while delivering high-quality outputs.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage own time with changing priorities in an agile environment.
Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
