Field Sales Manager - Indirect Channel (South-West)

M-KOPA is looking to hire a Field Sales Manager - Indirect Channel (South-West). This role is responsible for recruiting and managing Direct Sales Representative at territory level.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and deliver set sales targets within the designated territory.
Achieve and surpass sales targets of M-KOPA products by developing local networks.
Uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA retail point standard and guidelines are adhered to.
Recruit train, coach and supervise a team of in-store sales promoters.
Keenly monitor and evaluate the performance of in-store promoters to meet sales targets and performance standards.
Manage in-store promoters' stock inventory.
Assign targets to stores within the designated territory.
Design sales and marketing strategy for the team to ensure Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly sales targets are reached.
Monitor, analyze competitive activities in the Channel and report same to the Regional Sales Manager.
Prepare and submit weekly activity plans and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:
HND/bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field.
3+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.
Proficient in Ms Excel skills,

Excellent Presentation, Communication, Coaching, and People Skills
Good Planning and Organization Skills
