We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our vibrant team in Kampala, Uganda, as we scale up and expand access to life-enhancing products and services for our customers.

As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and sales growth. You will connect with existing customers, introducing them to new products like televisions and other offerings, while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

About the Role

As a Telesales Representative, you will:

- Tele-sell: Call existing customers to upgrade them to televisions and other M-KOPA products.

- Drive conversions: Achieve campaign sales goals by meeting conversion objectives.

- Maintain quality: Uphold the highest standards of call quality and customer engagement.

- Maximize productivity: Adhere to set talk-time benchmarks to ensure optimal productivity.

This role is onsite and reports to the Telesales Team Lead.

Expertise

Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and results-driven individual who thrives in sales-driven environments. You should have:

- A certificate, diploma, or higher qualification.

- Experience in the BPO or call center industry.

- A strong passion for sales, with excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency with basic tools like Outlook and Microsoft Office.

- A self-driven, results-oriented attitude and a commitment to ethical conduct.
