Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:
- Partners with management to align Human Resources strategy to business strategy
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent.
- Ensure compliance with Labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks.
- Writing and revising HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure that Kubik attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Work with management to create a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
- Oversee learning and development programs’
- Provide guidance on staff performance management processes, including performance planning, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Ensure timely documentation and analysis of performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with finance and payroll responsible people to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment.
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Business partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and regulations

Qualification:
- Bachler's Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in local labor and employment laws and legal resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all employees and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
