Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for the full-cycle of Human Resources function. She/He is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with management to align Human Resources strategy to business strategy
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks.
  • Writing and revising HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies
  • Manage the recruitment process to ensure that Kubik attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Work with management to create a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Oversee learning and development programs’
  • Provide guidance on staff performance management processes, including performance planning, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Ensure timely documentation and analysis of performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll responsible people to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Business partner or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and regulations

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachler's Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in local labor and employment laws and legal resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all employees and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
