Are you experienced in field recovery and passionate about maintaining strong customer relationships, even in challenging situations? Koolboks is looking for a Repossession Officer to join our growing team in Ajah and Ikorodu!

💼 Job Summary:

As a Repossession Officer, you will be responsible for locating and reclaiming Koolboks products from customers with overdue accounts. This role involves on-the-ground investigations, professional recovery of products, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless processes — all while delivering exceptional customer service.

🛠 Responsibilities:

* Locate and recover Koolboks products from defaulting customers.

* Conduct field visits to assess product status.

* Negotiate with customers for voluntary returns or resolve outstanding issues.

* Ensure all recoveries are handled lawfully and respectfully.

* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation (photos, reports, etc.).

* Collaborate with collections, legal, and logistics teams.

* Provide daily reports on assigned recovery cases.

* Stay informed on laws governing debt collection.

* Handle customer concerns professionally.

* Ensure care and safety of products during retrieval and transport.

🎓 Requirements:

* Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.

* Prior experience in field recovery or repossession is a plus.

* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and travel as required.

* High integrity and a professional approach.
