Your Role
As an intern, you will support KOKO’s Access program by managing Sub Agents operating outside the traditional network. You will work closely with the Territory Manager to pilot and execute new initiatives, conduct regular field visits to sub agents, perform audits, and collect insights to ensure sub-agent performance, compliance, and data integrity within the Central Rift Territory.

What You Will Do

  • Support the piloting and execution of new initiatives under the Access program – specifically the Sub Agents Outside Network
  • Actively manage assigned Sub Agents to ensure performance, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Conduct at least two visits per week to each assigned sub- Agent to provide on-ground support and oversight.
  • Perform physical audits of records submitted by Sub Agents to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Collect and report both qualitative and quantitative insights from Sub Agents using the provided tools and templates.
  • Strictly adhere to the approved journey plan and maintain clear documentation of all activities.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Territory Manager.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Planning & Organization: Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capacity to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
