Operational Execution and Coordination

  • Oversee daily field operations, including swap station maintenance, battery logistics, and rider dispatch activities.

  • Ensure dispatch riders execute battery movements and customer deliveries efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

  • Coordinate with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) providers for station installations and maintenance.

  • Act as the primary liaison for O&M providers, contractors, and other external partners.

  • Collaborate with Network Management, Sales, and Marketing to plan rollout of swap stations and meet deployment targets.

Process Improvement and Operational Excellence

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows involving field associates and dispatch riders, introducing improvements to increase speed, safety, and reliability.

Data Reporting and Monitoring

  • Establish structured reporting routines, including daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering field activities, dispatch performance, and incident trends.

  • Provide frequent, data-driven insights on operational performance, station uptime, team productivity, and customer service levels.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of tasks, incidents, risks, resolutions, and preventive measures.

  • Share timely operational reports with leadership to support decision-making and resource planning.

Issue Resolution and Safety

  • Respond quickly to network and customer issues, coordinating with NOC, Sales, and Engineering as needed.

  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are consistently implemented and monitored across all field operations, especially rider dispatch and battery handling.
