The NSS Front-End Engineer will be joining our Engineering team and will be contributing to develop and maintain our various applications, web, desktop or mobile.

We're building an intelligent battery-swapping network that's making clean, affordable power a reality for millions - from bustling city centres to remote villages. Our innovative Swap & Go stations and smart Kore2 batteries are rewriting the rules of energy access across the continent.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive web applications and native/hybrid mobile apps for our Swap & Go platform
Build interactive dashboards for both web and mobile interfaces
Create cross-platform user experiences for subscription management, station locating, and energy tracking
Optimize applications for varying network conditions and device capabilities
Implement real-time data visualizations across platforms
Write platform-specific and shared code components
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Maintain comprehensive test coverage for all frontend components
Work closely with backend teams on API integrations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Personnal projects or professional project demonstrating skills in web technologies (React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
Experience with mobile development (React Native or Flutter)
Knowledge of responsive design and platform-specific UI patterns
Understanding of REST APIs and real-time data handling
Experience with offline-first and progressive web apps
Bonus: Cross-platform testing and debugging skills
Bonus: Experience with data visualization libraries
Bonus: Understanding of IoT systems
