The Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Help to define, communicate, and execute a forward-looking product strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and continuous iteration, ensuring delivery of high-impact products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and meet key business goals.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation such as product requirements, service design specs, and marketing briefs to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and UXCam to monitor product performance, identify actionable insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Analyze customer activity and usage patterns using both internal and external tools to identify areas for optimization, feature enhancements, or innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and userresearch to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Champion Customer Experience improvements by addressing pain points and streamlining processes.
- Present product plans, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the Product team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex software and/or hardware products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared objectives.
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and modern product management best practices.
- Proficiency with analytics and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Experience conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
