Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Lawyer to handle the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts and support the business on contractual and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in Arabic and English.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Support business teams during negotiations and contract execution.
• Manage amendments, renewals, and termination of contracts.
• Develop and improve contract templates and internal contracting processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• +7 years of relevant experience, mainly in commercial contracts.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Excellent drafting skills in Arabic and English.
• Good understanding of contractual risk and commercial matters.
• Ability to independently manage contracts from drafting through execution.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Experience in the energy sector or at a reputable law firm with strong commercial contracts exposure would be a strong advantage.
