About the Role:

We're building a revolutionary energy management platform and need a senior engineer to establish architectural patterns and lead our billing/customer domain development. You'll mentor mid-level developers and ensure our platform scales elegantly using Domain-Driven Design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of billing and customer management domains
• Establish DDD patterns, aggregates, and bounded contexts across the platform
• Mentor team of 2-3 mid-level developers on best practices
• Design RESTful and event-driven APIs that will scale to thousands of customers
• Participate in pattern extraction and platform crystallization sprints
• Code review and ensure architectural consistency

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years Python development experience
• Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design, not just theory but practice
• Experience with FastAPI or similar async Python frameworks
• Strong SQL Alchemy and database design skills
• Proven track record of building billing or financial systems
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging systems

• Knowledge of React/Vue for full-stack capability
• Experience with crystallization/pattern extraction in large codebases
