About the Role

We are looking for a FP&A analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and board-level financial reporting across multiple business units and project sites. This role requires strong technical finance skills combined with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPI dashboards.
• Lead Budget vs. Actual analysis and develop clear variance commentary for management and board reporting.
• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting (Latest Estimate/LE) cycles across business units.
• Conduct Price Volume Bridge and other analytical frameworks to isolate commercial, operational, and FX-driven performance drivers.
• Partner with business unit leads to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy of financial submissions.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to automate recurring reporting and improve data visibility.
• Prepare board-level presentation materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity of financial narratives.
• Support cross-entity consolidation across subsidiaries/business units.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting deliverables in line with close calendars.

Experience & educational background:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A recognized finance professional certification is required, such as: CFA, CMA or FMVA.

Technical skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas, scenario analysis).
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for building clear, board-ready presentations.
• Working proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP system is a plus.
