We're looking for an experienced UI Designer for a 4–6 month mission (August–December) to craft high-fidelity interfaces for our Web Portal and Mobile App. We need a craftsperson who can work within our established Design System and simply execute: build new screens, maintain pixel-perfect consistency, extend the component library, and hand off production-ready Figma files with zero friction.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality UI for the Web Portal and Mobile App.
• Adhere to established design principles, workflows, and UI standards.
• Build new screens using the existing Design System and components.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across web and mobile.
• Create and maintain reusable components aligned with system architecture.
• Prepare production-ready Figma files and facilitate developer handoff.

Qualifications

A- Essential

• 3+ years of UI design experience.
• Proven ability to work within an existing Design System.
• Excellent visual design skills—spacing, hierarchy, typography, color.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience designing desktop and mobile applications.
• Figma: Advanced proficiency in Components, Component Properties, Auto Layout, Variants, Variables, Design Tokens, Shared Libraries, Styles, Prototyping, and Dev Mode. Comfortable with FigJam and Figma AI/Agent.

B- Additional

• Experience with dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong iconography skills (iconographer is a plus).
• Ability to create or extend custom icon libraries.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and accessibility.
