We are seeking a PMO Manager to oversee all internal and external projects—on time, within budget, and to technical & quality standards. This role will establish governance, drive KPIs, and lead continuous improvement across PM practices.

Responsibilities:

• Establish project governance with clear scope and role definitions.
• Oversee prioritization, resource planning, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Coordinate design reviews, kick-offs, progress meetings, and project handover.
• Manage documentation, change control, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
• Define and measure PM KPIs; build reporting systems for management and EXCOM.
• Create a knowledge-sharing platform from project learnings to boost team efficiency.
• Mentor and train PMs; promote best practices across departments.
• Automate PM workflows where possible.
• Maintain full project records and ensure smooth internal/external cooperation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or higher).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Technical understanding of power generation, distribution, and water desalination.
• High-level grasp of EPC commercial scope.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to see the big picture while managing details.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• PMP is a plus.
• Willing to travel regularly between head office and sites; occasional irregular hours.
