We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a 120 MW Solar project under a P2P structure. This role is responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee coordination across EPC contractors, HV substation and OHTL works, and grid connection with EETC (TSO).

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Develop and maintain the master schedule; manage milestones from NTP through mechanical completion, energization, and PAC/TOAC.
• Contract & EPC Management: Manage EPC contractors, ensure compliance with technical specs and quality plans, and lead variation orders and change management.
• Grid & Regulatory: Act as focal point with EETC, managing grid impact studies, connection agreements, and energization approvals.
• Cost & Risk: Manage project budget, track cash flow, and implement mitigation plans for delays, grid risks, and contractor performance.
• Construction & Commissioning: Oversee site execution (HSE, quality, productivity) and supervise commissioning, performance testing, and final handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 10–15+ years in utility-scale energy projects, with proven delivery of projects ≥ 50 MW.
• Expertise: Strong experience in EPC contract management, HV substations, and grid connection.
• Technical Competencies:

Strong understanding of:
