Overall Purpose of the Job:

The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for the daily tracking and data-driven analysis of power production assets. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of financial models, compiling performance reports, and ensuring that all operational data is translated into actionable insights to maximize the value of the company's solar portfolio.

Primary Tasks:

  • Data Monitoring: Assist in tracking technical and financial KPIs across all power production assets.
  • Reporting: Consolidate data to draft monthly asset performance reports, focusing on technical output, actual revenue, and expenditure.
  • Financial Modeling: Regularly update financial models with actual operational data to monitor asset profitability and IRR.
  • Timeline Management: Maintain the consolidated asset timeline to ensure all contractual milestones and deadlines are tracked.
  • Risk Support: Update and maintain risk matrices and portfolio exposure logs (FX risks, client concentration, etc.).
  • Compliance Tracking: Monitor the status of permits, licenses, and insurance policies to ensure they remain valid throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Budgetary Support: Help track the Asset Management budget, including land rentals and legal costs, against actual spend.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Provide the Finance and O&M teams with the necessary data to support loan compliance and OPEX optimization.

Educational Background, Skills, and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or renewable energy operations.
  • Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail for verifying production data and contract terms.
  • Communication: Strong ability to present data clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple data streams and meet reporting deadlines.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular travel between project sites.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours when required due to operational needs.
