Jibu is looking for a Group Commercial Director who will drive Jibu’s commercial growth and brand visibility across all operational countries, with an initial strategic focus on Jibu Kenya. Your role, like all leadership roles in Jibu, will be hands-on. It blends high-level commercial oversight, new country business development, and bold brand storytelling. You will lead the international expansion of the Jibu franchise network, grow the e-commerce and digital sales footprint, and shape how the Jibu story is communicated internally and externally, all while supporting and empowering the Country Management teams.
