1. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The volunteer will work closely with and be supervised by Manager, Thailand Country Progarmme. The Volunteer will support the implementation of Thailand program and will have the opportunity to work in all aspects of project implementation and communications. The Volunteer will work in the office and fields to carry out their responsibilities as needed or requested.

2. SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Thailand Country Programme Office, the volunteer will perform the following tasks:

2.1 Research and Analysis Support:
2.1.1 Assist to compile information and prepare documents and reports on Thailand Programme Portfoilo related to forests wildlife and marine protected areas and conservations.
2.1.2 Assist to prepare logistics, registration and supportive documentation for organizing stakeholder workshops or consultations under Thailand Programme Portfolio.
2.1.3 Assist to prepare filing of Thailand Programme Portfolio.
2.1.4 Assist to prepare data and information to support quarterly reports of project assignment.

2.2 Communication and training
The selected candidate will undergo a general orientation training on:
• Different projects of Thailand Programme;
• Policies and standards for external stakeholder engagement; and
• Communications style guide, branding and quality-assurance checks.

In performing the assigned duties, the volunteer will have the opportunity to interact with key units and teams at Asia Regional Office. Overall, he/she will learn communication skills, methods and tools to influence decision-making and work with key stakeholders in nature conservation for sustainable development.
