Background:

International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) is seeking a qualified consultant to process the commercial microwave links (CMLs) data in Ethiopia.

Scope of work:

• Process the CMLs data we collected from 2021-2025 and generate daily 2D precipitation maps in the sample areas (North West Region, Addis Ababa, and South West Region)
• Contribute to project report.

Required qualifications of the consultant / survey team leader:

• Experiences in processing CMLs data
• Experiences in collaboration with international organizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing skills
