Job Overview

As a Marketing & Graphic Design Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, designing marketing materials, producing consistent marketing content, and optimizing our online presence through SEO. This role requires proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools, as well as experience in SEO and social media management.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement for B2B, B2C customers, and investors.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity through adherence to a brand manual.

2. Content Creation and Design

  • Design visually appealing marketing materials using Canva and other graphic design tools.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, photos, press releases, posters and videos, for regular distribution across our platforms.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage social media accounts including LinkedIn and engaging with audiences on various social media platforms.

4. SEO and Online Presence Optimization

  • Optimize our website and online presence through effective SEO practices.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor and improve online performance.

5. Campaign Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.

6. Creative Input

  • Bring innovative and creative ideas for marketing materials and strategies.

7. Learning & Development

  • Continuously strive to develop your knowledge and skills further.
  • Engage proactively with colleagues in your team and cross-functionally to improve and enhance efficiency.
  • Perform any additional duties related to the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities that your manager may assign you.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Lead generation - Increase traffic to our social media accounts and convert that traffic into new customer leads or prospects through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Design quality - Ensure engaging and appealing design work that aligns with brand guidelines and effectively drives traffic to the company’s website. Achieve this through creativity and adherence to brand standards in all design projects.
  • Project turnaround time - Ensure that design projects are completed within established timelines, from start to finish.
  • Error rate - Monitor and ensure that the content posted is free from errors identified in the design work after delivery.
  • Cost efficiency - Deliver high-quality design work within the set budget.

Please note that the above KPIs are subject to amendment from time to time to reflect evolving business needs and priorities.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in design software - Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create high-quality visual content.
  • Strong understanding of design principles - Deep knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout to ensure visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Understanding of SEO principles to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of marketing campaigns for targeted audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Competence in working autonomously with strong time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop action plans - Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and developing actionable strategies to refine campaigns, improve designs, and achieve better results.
