We are actively recruiting high performing Engineering Graduates to join ourAdvisory Group in 2024. 

 

Our advisory and consulting experts support almost every project at Hatch. We consult with our clients to help them meet their business, financing, and project objectives.

 

Representative projects include: 

  • Setting strategy directions for corporate organisations through go-to-market strategies, operations strategies, investment strategies, operating model design, organisational design & change management
  • Helping organisation drive their capital agenda productivity through capital investment strategies, conducting project value improvements and optimal management of sustaining capital
  • Assisting clients M&A transactions through commercial and operational due diligences, technical and environmental due diligences, financial due diligence and Lender’s engineer services
  • Assisting clients in reducing costs, enhancing service, and effectively managing assets including supply chain management optimisation, process optimisation, digital transformation and maintenance management
  • Assisting government and private sector participants to design, structure and operate effective public private partnerships for key assets and services across metals, infrastructure and energy sectors

Minimum requirements to apply:  

  • You mustbe a South African citizen. 
  • You must be a final year student studying towards a BSc or BEng in in any Engineering at a recognized Tertiary Institution. 
  • Oryou musthave completed your BSc or BEng in any Engineering disciple at a recognized tertiary institutionand have less than 12 months working experience. 
  • You must have maintained an average academic achievement of 70% or above. 
  • Be flexible to work in any province within South Africa. 

  

You must be in possession of andattach copies via this application form of the following:
