About our Graduate Programme

GreenCape is looking to grow the next generation of talent in the green economy. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical work experience and work with experts in the field. Successful graduates will be selected to join a sector where they will be able to gain experience and skills working with project teams. GreenCape’s sectors include Green Finance, Water, Energy, Sustainable Agriculture and Circular Economy.

The Sustainable Agriculture Programme

The sustainable agriculture programme seeks to appoint a graduate trainee. The sustainable agriculture programme’s goal is to increase job creation and investment into the green technology and services that support the agricultural sector. We achieve this through a number of different activities: we perform demand creation activities (such as supporting farmers to become more water efficient and energy resilient) and we provide support to the sustainable agriculture sector (such as collecting and disseminating market intelligence and supporting innovation and entrepreneurship).
