GreenCape is looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about making an impact in various sectors of the green economy across sub-Saharan Africa to join our Graduate Trainee Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to demonstrate curiosity and problem-solving skills by addressing challenges, engaging with stakeholders, and developing their technical expertise as emerging practitioners in this space.

Graduate Trainee role overview

The Graduate Trainee will be allocated to a sector or team based on their qualifications and interest. These sectors include Water, Sustainable Agriculture, Energy, Green Finance, Circular Economy, and the Communications team. The Graduate’s primary role is to support the relevant programmes in delivering key project deliverables, supporting its obligations with strategic partners, all to support GreenCape’s mission of identifying and removing barriers to drive viable green economic solutions. A Graduate Trainee position is available in each of the following teams:

• Circular Economy
• Communications
• Green Finance
• Renewable Energy
• Water & Sustainable Agriculture
