Globeleq’s various generation technologies include gas, wind, solar PV, battery energy storage (BESS), hydro and geothermal.
By the end of the internship, the Talent Acquisition Intern will:
- Gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop skills in candidate management and recruitment analytics
- Understand the use of Applicant Tracking Systems and modern talent acquisition tools
- Build knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices across multiple geographies
- Strengthen professional communication and project coordination skills

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external platforms using the Applicant Tracking Management System (Pinpoint).
- Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews, assessments, and presentations.
- Help monitor candidate applications and ensure timely communication with applicants to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and analytics by preparing data summaries and tracking KPIs (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion).
- Provide administrative support in managing recruitment partners and agencies.
- Assist with reference checks and compliance processes (e.g., GDPR requirements).
- Participate in talent mapping and research projects to support future hiring needs.
- Learn and apply Globeleq’s interview tools and support training initiatives for hiring managers.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Industrial Organizational Psychology.
- Interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools for talent attraction.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is desirable but not required.
