FSD Kenya is searching for its next Chief Executive Officer to lead one of Africa’s most influential organisations in financial inclusion.
For nearly two decades, FSD Kenya has been at the centre of Kenya’s most transformative financial innovations – from mobile money and agency banking to digital credit and financial health research. Today, as Kenya navigates climate change, health financing reforms, and the digital transformation of its economy, FSD Kenya’s role is more critical than ever.
The incoming CEO will guide the organisation into its next phase: shaping how inclusive finance supports green investment, resilient food systems, affordable housing, and universal health coverage. This is a role for a leader who can engage credibly with government, mobilise the private sector, and inspire international partners. It is both a national responsibility and a global platform—an opportunity to influence how financial systems deliver for households, enterprises, and communities.
