The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for optimising, continuously improving and maintaining Freedom Wons ERP System. Through complete understanding of the day-to-day activities and Goals of the business the BPA will ensure the ERP enables the business to run efficiently and sustainably.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Continuous Improvement

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring ERP functionality is aligned to business physical processes, as well as Business objectives, goals and KPIs.

Optimisation and Continuous Improvement of ERP system aligned to business requirements.

Maintenance of ERP & training of ERP for the business.

Developing Business Intelligence views to use ERP data to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:

• NQF Level 8 Honours/ 4 year degree/ postgraduate diploma Computer science, Economics, Science, Engineering.
• 3 years working experience in similar role
• Advance knowledge in ERPs.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools.
