As a Marketing Designer, you will have a pivotal role in driving the visual communication and brand identity of the organization. Collaborating closely within the Marketing Team, you will lead the creation of compelling content across multiple platforms. Your expertise in maintaining a strong corporate identity will elevate the brand's visual presence and contribute to its overall success.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager
Design, Communicate and Collaborate
Lead the development and execution of design projects, ensuring adherence to brand standards and corporate identity.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, overseeing their work and maintaining consistency in design output.
Conceptualize and create visually engaging materials for print, digital, and social media campaigns, with a focus on conveying the brand message effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.
Problem Solve and Managing of Projects
Take a proactive role in problem-solving, offering creative solutions to design challenges and effectively communicating design concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines, while upholding the corporate identity and maintaining brand consistency.
Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the design process to enhance the brand's visual impact.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a graphic design role.
Exceptional proficiency in design software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other relevant design tools.
Knowledge and experience in photography and videography is a plus.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development, layout design, typography, and visual storytelling.
Proven track record in managing design projects from concept to completion, with a strong understanding of print and digital production processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and provide constructive feedback.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring designs align with the corporate identity and brand guidelines.
Ability to work autonomously and lead design initiatives, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and a strategic mindset.
Experience working in both an agency and/or corporate environment preferred.
Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Familiarity with Animation software like 3DS Max, AutoCAD or SolidWorks Visualizer is a plus.
Ability to work under pressured environments.
No Criminal record.
Basic knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems.
