Form Ghana Ltd. is a forest plantation management company in central Ghana. It is focused on reforesting degraded Forest Reserves while conserving and restoring indigenous and riparian forestry areas. Established in 2007, the company is a subsidiary of Sustainable Forestry Investments BV in The Netherlands. FORM Ghana and the Ghana Forestry Commission made history by developing and signing the first public-private partnership (PPP) forest management lease agreement. It has paved the way for other reforestation companies to follow suit. Mission Statement To reforest degraded forest land according to the highest standards for sustainable forest management, serve the needs of the local communities, restore vital environmental services within an economically viable business model within the context of the UN's sustainable development goals (SDGs). Vision Statement To reforest 20,000 hectares of degraded forest reserve in Ghana whilst operating according to the highest technical, social and environmental benchmarks set by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSCTM) and the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS).
