Role Overview |
As a Senior Account Manager, you will hone your skills in communication and management to retain existing clients and key customers. Your main responsibility will be to manage the client’s expectations, overseeing the process of delivery, and ensuring that the client’s needs are met in a timely fashion. Your role involves building a deep understanding of the scope of the various account type namely Software Subscription, Bulk Messaging, Customised software services, Business Intelligence & Insights, and Professional Services and working with all team members to support and ensure work done is completed in a timely manner and on the agreed project deliverables and/or work plan. You will contribute to building a team that creates strategic, lasting relationships with our key clients from successful launches to the identification of new use cases, and ongoing strategic support that increases satisfaction and maximises the Farmerline experience and ultimately drives revenue retention and growth. You will be evaluated based on the feedback from team members and the successful completion of all clients account assigned tasks and KPIs. |
