Ready to be part of the change?Your impact:Supervise and monitor construction works by municipal and state agencies, as well as private companies that need to carry out excavation work near the natural gas distribution system, conducting inspections along the gas distribution network.As a PPD Technician, you will follow up on the Damage Prevention Plan, reviewing works that affect the distribution network both in documentation and in the field, to take actions that minimize risks and damage to the infrastructure.Respond to and manage interference requests, following up and providing responses to the requested information, in order to be aware of and document all works that affect or are carried out near the natural gas distribution system.Conduct field visits to validate impacts, indicate routes, and verify daily progress of the works, scheduling inspections of affected works, ensuring compliance with instructions, and recording progress to take actions that minimize risks and damage to the infrastructure.Maintain ongoing relationships with civil protection groups, municipal and state fire departments, and other government agencies in the distribution area, providing timely follow-up and addressing the needs of each group, so that you are considered the first point of contact for any work involving our distribution network.Patrol and/or monitor the natural gas distribution network, identifying unreported works and following up on impact procedures, scheduling activities according to the Maintenance Plan and the Damage Prevention Plan, to identify unreported works and tasks that interfere with the natural gas distribution system.Comply with internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures related to Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental matters, in accordance with the responsibilities of the position.
