- Establish an effective organization through the designing and implementing of a fit for purpose structure, adequate manpower, develop and implement systems to motivate manpower through training programs, incentives and recognition schemes for outstanding performance.
- Develop, guide, direct, motivate and manage the performance of all direct reports in line with the Performance Management System to assist in the realization of their potential and to enhance their knowledge-based skills.
- Assist the Key Account Manager in managing the project in a professional manner in order to achieve a sustained positive image.
- Provide a hands on leadership style, responsible for creating a customer focused culture that is based on delivering results, transparency and trust, whilst building organizational capability and empowerment.
- Analyze the training requirements of employees within the area managed, and arrange for relevant training to take place
- Develop, implement, and communicate improved processes, policies and procedures on a continuous basis, always seeking greater efficiencies and higher customer satisfaction.
- Maximize communication and synergy between the Site Supervisors.
- Organize and attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the development of consistent standards in quality working and behavior.
- Give assistance to MGIVIT for extra works SOQ and works follow up.
- Conduct Site surveys as required prior to preparing BOQ.
- Develop and identify business development opportunities wherever possible.
- Has full authority over the staffs reporting to them.
- Authorized to approve Purchase requests raised by the team leaders or ores if it is related to their trade operations.
- Authorized to take any decisions on maintenance activities performed on site if the same is in line with the company & site policies & Procedures.
- Authorized to call & discuss business related issues with his counterparts in client side namely the Mechanical services manager, electrical services manager or ELV manager for the smooth operations.
- Authorized to pre-approve or reject any leave requests from his teams.
- Authorized to take any decisions on executing the Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Reactive maintenance to achieve the set targets and contractual KPI's.
- Authorized to control, monitor & liaise with any specialist subcontractors engaged by Cf3FM towards the contractual service delivery corresponding to their trade operations.
